Join us this Halloween for our annual Mythic Event: Halloween Soundtricks!  Music, audio plays, readings, haunting music, and more to curl your toes with scares and screams, here at Heroes and Mortals Radio.

2025 Halloween Soundtricks Schedule

Enjoy some of hour Halloween favorites throughout the day and then tune in for the spooktacular shows that begin at 6:00PM on Wednesday and Thursday, and 5:00PM on Halloween!  Tune in for these unique, classic and contemporary audio dramas and podcasts.  And in between each of these great shows, listen for our creepy, comedic, and horrifying music and sounds of Halloween!

Discussing Richard Matheson’s novel of Drac-pocalypse: I Am Legend. I Am Legend is a post-apocalyptic horror story about Robert Neville, the last human survivor of a pandemic that has turned the rest of humanity into vampire-like creatures.

In Providence, Robert Blake becomes fascinated by a large disused church on Federal Hill. His research reveals that the church has a sinister history involving a cult called the Church of Starry Wisdom.

The “War of the Worlds” was a 1938 Halloween Eve CBS Radio adaptation of H.G. Wells’ novel, directed by Orson Welles, that simulated a Martian invasion using realistic news bulletin formats, leading many late-tuning listeners to believe it was real.
